From Roadblock....
Okay quick update that will explain this title...
This will be the first of 3 update postings. Alot has been going on in basiclly every area of my life. Because of all these changes, creativity has been greatly altered in my life. Sometimes suffering, while other times, worlds beyond what seemed possible are not only revealed, but seem obviously obtainable.

well yes I have slacked again in getting a post up. And as mentioned in the previous post, that last 8x8 carried many emotions with it. Unknown to me 3 and a half months ago, there was a large change on the way. This change was preceeded and followed by almost every other emotion that wasn't apart of the May posting. As well as some over lapping. And because this is a space to be used for encouragment and inspiration here's only the facts and none of the negative BS.
May- began and ended with losses, both of which had different but eventual significant effects. At the begining of the month a classmate from HS, after an incredible life and fight, was lost due to cancer. At the end of the month, my grandmother, who had a fantastic 90 years, passed.
June -Stresses from the months of personal and professional concerns built up. On the 24th, myself and 2 other co-workers were not "technically laid-off," but due to the economic situation, changes had to be made. We were the changes.
July - the realities of not have a steady paycheck set in. As did everything that comes with those realizations. Timing was almost necessary as both my mom and brother were moving through out the month. It looked like I was going to as well by the end of Aug.
Aug - While some fantastic things happened so far - like a new job with new people who are all so refreshing!- the personal realiets of previous changes have hit. Between having to move, an incrediblly difficult mental week and another lost - while not a physical one to lose, was easily equally as painful- and we're half way through the month.
None of this information is ment to evoke pity or a "woe is me" phenomonon. It has all, however, become a factor in what this space is really about - development of a person and her use of artistic expression throughout that development. Yes all the points above are rediculously n
